For A Change of Scenery
In Canada, it is Victoria Day! Canadians across the country celebrate their first long weekend of the summer and the beginning of the summer season. It doesn't look very much like summer here today (it is snowing as I write). The past two days have been wonderfully summer-like though. We took advantage of hubby being home and the beautiful weather. On Saturday, we drove to Drumheller, AB a two hour drive from here. We have heard wonderful things about Drumheller and the Royal Tyrell Dinosaur Museum. It is also in the middle of the badlands. These were two good reasons for us to visit. Yesterday, we visited a local tourist attraction: Heritage Park. We have lived here for almost two years and had never been to Heritage Park. This year we splurged and bought a season pass for the whole family. I hope you enjoy the picture of our weekend.
