On Sunday we celebrated the boys' birthday with their friends. We made ice cream cone cakes and had fun out in the kiddie pool and ate hotdogs and veggies. We spent all afternoon outside enjoying the beautfiul weather, good conversation and yummy food. See for yourself.
The mini cakes are baked right in the ice cream cones. You fill them 2/3 full with cake batter and bake until a toothpick comes out clean. I frosted these with yummy decorator icing and sprinkles and gumdrops. No mess, no fuss, easy, peasy, fun!!!
